Approximate dimensions:  6 inches wide x 9 inches tall.  The base shade of the plate is an iridescent blue.  There are dichroic glass "flames" traveling up the center of the plate--in cherry-gold glass.  They shine gold or cherry red, depending on the direction of the light.  This plate would be nice as a serving piece, which would definitely be a focus of conversation, but also as an art piece when sitting on a stand somewhere in your home.
