Approximate dimensions:  12 inches in diameter.  This piece was created by laying dozens of cobalt blue, turquoise, and yellow glass stringers side by side to create a pattern when fused together.  This fusing was carefully lifted and placed on a 12 inch streaky white/clear piece of sheet glass, and fused again. Lastly, this resulting piece was draped over a very unusual mold, in the kiln. The result is a piece which looks like it has been blown.  This piece can serve as a vase, as seen in the photo, can be a serving piece.  Or, can be strictly an art object, showing on a cabinet, stand, or table.
